I heard this version of Raw a few years ago and it still amazes me the way G Rap goes in on this joint. You would think the track was his, he attacks it so ferociously.

Here's a short story:

"Rampage" is my unofficial theme song. ("Every good hero should have his own theme music."-- John Slade, "I'm Gonna Get You, Sucka.")

Anyway, back in the day, there used to be major spades games going on in my neighborhood and most of the time, we'd play them at my house. Whenever me and my partner first got on the table, after the first hand was dealt, I'd run to my room, crank up the stereo and blast out "Rampage." Then, as me T-Bone were picking up books, we'd hit 'em with the "slow down, baby" hook, then proceed to blow out any and all comers to the table. This went on for the whole summer of '92. Ahhh, memories.

Anyway, Diggedy, thanks for the demo.
